12+ years in HR and people operations. I've worked with Wells Fargo, Coca-Cola, and a long list of startups across North America and Australia, mostly on engagement, retention, and culture in teams of 5 to 500.
I founded Quokka Hub to fix something I kept seeing: leaders trying to fix people problems without data. Annual surveys came too late. Consulting projects ended with a deck and no way to track if anything worked.
I'm a DISC-certified facilitator. Most of what I do now is short engagements with founders and HR leads who want a clear read on their team and a plan they can run in 90 days.
